We loved this cabin. The hosts were great. Everything was super simple to access and THE DOWNSTAIRS AREA IS INCREDIBLE. Often you get an Air B&B and photos of the space have been VERY creatively taken and when you get there it looks nothing like the images in the listing. THIS CABIN WAS HONESTLY MORE AWESOME THAN THE IMAGES. The downstairs has a pool table, air hockey, a fooseball table, a mini movie theater complete with two rows of movie theater seats), A standing arcade game with multiple OG favorites, and another tv on the wall that can be used to watch something different if you don't like what is on the movie theater. My kid's think this place is a magical castle. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a few days here. We hope to return in the summer.

We loved this house! Perfect for the multi-generational group we had with us. House was exceptionally clean and well stocked with incidentals you need for the weekend. Hot tub is even drained and cleaned following each stay! We will rent again!!

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for families. All three bedrooms having private bathrooms was a huge plus, and the wide, non-steep stairs made it feel especially comfortable compared to other mountain cabins. The bunk room is great for kids, but note that it has exterior access near the main entrance. Another bedroom also has exterior access, but to a closed-off deck, which felt more contained. The host was extremely responsive and clearly prioritized making sure we had a great stay. They also provided more than enough towels, paper products, extra blankets, and pillows—something we really appreciated. The full-size washer and dryer was a great bonus. The hot tub was fantastic—we loved that it’s drained and cleaned after every stay. It took a bit to heat up, but it was worth it. For those new to mountain cabins, expect lower water pressure and steep access roads—nothing unusual, just good to know. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at Bear Vista View. It was extremely clean, game room was amazing for the kids and we had more than enough room for all of us. If we come back to Gatlinburg, this is where we will stay. It’s location from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at the cabin! The cabin was beautiful—cozy yet spacious, with nice views that made it feel like a true mountain escape. It was incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made the experience even better. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

What an awesome place for a family to stay! Our kids and grandchildren LOVED this house! All the fun games in the basement were in great condition and worked beautifully. The parents even got a few minutes’ reprieve as the kids played together so happily in the basement. The hot tub was super clean and a relaxing luxury after Dollywood. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very big and the kitchen was really well appointed. Thank you so much!

We loved the house! We had a great time. It was clean, very close to downtown, and the hosts were always responsive and answered all of our questions. It also had a game room, which was a great bonus. Everything was excellent.

House was immaculate like new on the inside an outside, perfect location to see the fire works and drone show New Year’s Eve. Short walk to downtown as well as an easy commute to pigeon forge
