Beautiful home! Just down the mountain to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had a great time during our stay! Just be aware the mountain roads are steep and watch for bears!

My family and I absolutely loved Janessa’s cabin. It was very clean and just as described. Loved all the games and especially loved finally getting to watch a bear try to get in the neighbors garbage. The bear got in our vehicle and got out some sodas and opened them but we had a blast and would love to stay here again. Janessa was very quick to respond when she was needed. Thank you for a great vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin is exactly like the photos and was very clean. The location is very peaceful and a very short drive to the Parkway and all the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg restaurants and attractions. We will definitely book again!

Bear Mountain Retreat was hands-down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We’re so grateful they took us in on such short notice, and it ended up being the cleanest, most comfortable stay we’ve ever had. The game room on the bottom floor was a huge highlight, the open windows made the living room bright and inviting, and the balcony with the hot tub and fireplace became our favorite spot to relax. This stay was unforgettable, and I don’t think anything will ever top it!

A car is recommended for getting around the Smokies. Sky Harbor Resort is nestled in the mountains with winding, paved roads that are well-maintained, but can be steep and curvy in places. Four-wheel drive isn’t required most of the year, though it may be helpful during winter weather. From your cabin, you’ll be just: ✔️ 10–15 minutes to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge ✔️ 15 minutes to Dollywood & The Island ✔️ 15 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Parking is available right at the cabin for your convenience, and nearby parkway routes make it easy to explore attractions, shopping, and dining in every direction.
